Your account and the data you enter can be deleted anytime. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to manage or delete your account:
Log In: Ensure you're logged in with the credentials associated with the account you wish to manage or delete and go to your profile.
Go to your profile: Click on your profile photo (upper left side of the website) and then click on "delete accounts"
3. Choose Your Deletion Option:
Delete Data from Specific Accounts: If you only wish to remove your data from certain HealthTree accounts, select the specific account you want to remove data.
Delete Your Entire HealthTree Account: If you'd like to remove all your information and close your account completely, select the "Delete Account" option in your profile dropdown menu.
4. Follow Confirmation Steps: For full account deletion, we require your confirmation. Click on the delete buttons if you wish to proceed.

Your account will become inactive within 24 hours of your request. If you decide you want to reactivate your account, you have 7 days to request reactivation without losing any information previously entered. Your account, including any data contained within your profile, will be permanently deleted exactly seven days after it becomes inactive and we won’t be able to recover any information.
